A virtual water balloon?
This experiment exposes one of the peculiar differences between touch and mouse interfaces. On a mouse interface, you can move the ball to squeeze and bounce the blob. On a touch interface, tapping the screen moves the ball to that location but dragging it is not supported. In the touch mode, try to keep the blob from touching the ground. In the mouse behavior, squish the blob against the walls to shoot it out of the frame.

Uses java script, doesn't require a plugin. The behavior of the mouse object is different on tablets vs PCs.
