The new garage is an exact copy of a historic garage that was compromised by termites and rot except for a couple of details. 1. The new building is scaled 15% larger to accommodate modern vehicles. 2. The building location was moved a bit. The new distance from the street and existing house obscure the scale change. Two other outbuildings were added, a garden shed and entertaining pavilion.
